Plz plz plz update or fix the car sounds for the stock cars! If you can laser scan a track. Shouldn’t you have the technolgy to record in car sounds from real race cars? Have you ever heared a onboard camera on a stock car. A NASCAR Sprint Cup car letting off at 7K RPMs is probably one of the coolest sounds in the world. Yet NO sim has ever recreated it. Even NR2003 had horrible let off sounds. That is my only request. Fix the let off sounds on ALL of the stock cars

The Nationwide Series will run the COT four times next season at these tracks: Daytona (July), Michigan (August), Richmond (September), and Charlotte (October). They're only running four races to help ease the strain of the financial situation of the smaller car owners in the Nationwide Series. NASCAR is projecting a full launch of the car in 2011 but the economy and team owners are the ultimate decision makers in this case.

Based on last week’s bullshit race@Talladega, my opinion is that NASCAR cant even get the real thing right, why the FUCK do they think they need to focus on a sim? Ive been a big NASCAR fan for years, as well as a huge fan of NASCAR racing at Talladega, but after this shit, Id be happy if they NEVER, EVER come back to Alabama again, there are plenty of other series who would do ‘Dega justice.

Take a Terrace seat. Sure you aren't on the finish line, but with the speedways new Neon Garage, it can block out a ton of the backstretch and turn 3 from the grandstands. I prefer the Petty terrace, because you see the cars coming at you from the start finish line, rather than watching the backs of them as they cross. Also, with the double file restarts, turn one/two should have a TON of action.

Sounds are accurate to drivers audio, what they actually hear. What is not yet complete, are the effects of the sound outside the car. For example there is no echo off the wall back into the cockpit.
